Set up a loyalty punch card

Create a digital punch card, choose the punches required, reward, icon, color and cooldown, and send cards to customers.

Create your program

  1. In the sidebar, click Marketing, then open the Loyalty Program tab.
  2. Click Create Loyalty Program → (or + Create Program).
  3. Fill in Program Name, Punches Required, Cooldown (hours) (the minimum time between punches for one customer; 0 = no cooldown) and Reward Description.
  4. Pick a Card Icon and Card Color and check the Preview.
  5. Click Create Program.

Change or pause the program

  • Click ⚙ Edit Settings to change the cooldown, punches required or reward description, then 💾 Save Changes.
  • Use Deactivate to stop the program. Past programs are listed under Past Programs.

Get cards to customers

  • 💌 Send Loyalty Card emails a card to a customer without adding a punch.
  • 👊 Staff Punch adds a punch by customer email; a new customer is enrolled automatically.
  • At the counter, staff usually punch cards from the DenAdvisor app — see Use staff mode to punch cards and redeem coupons.
  • When a card is complete, the reward coupon is sent to the customer automatically.

Customers cannot punch their own cards — punches are always added by your team. Loyalty punches are for visits and never depend on leaving a review.
