Can every customer leave a Google review?
Yes. Every customer sees your Google review link, whatever their rating. Customers who rate 1–3 stars can also send you a private note, and you are alerted right away so you can make it right. They stay free to post publicly.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Customers scan your QR code and land on a mobile feedback page in their browser. The free DenAdvisor app for iOS and Android is optional and keeps their loyalty cards, rewards and deals in one wallet.
Can I reward customers for their feedback?
Yes. Offer a coupon or free item as a thank-you when customers share feedback with you through DenAdvisor.
How do digital punch cards work?
You choose the punches required, the reward and the card design. Staff add a punch by scanning the customer’s card in the DenAdvisor staff app. Customers can’t punch their own cards, and a cooldown between punches prevents abuse.
Can DenAdvisor see or reply to my Google reviews?
No. DenAdvisor does not import, detect or reply to Google reviews. It collects the feedback customers give you directly and shows every customer your public review link.
How does the free trial work?
