Add staff and use the counter tools

Invite your staff, then use the counter tools on a phone or computer to add punches and check coupons.

Add a staff member

  1. Open Team from the menu.
  2. Under 🏢 Teams by business, click + Add someone on the right business.
  3. Enter their Email address, choose Staff and click Add to team.
  4. We email them an invite. If they already use DenAdvisor, they also see it next time they log in.

Staff can add punches, check coupons and see reviews. They can’t change settings or see billing. The Starter plan is just for the owner; to add staff, choose a bigger plan on Plan & billing.

Use the counter tools

  1. On a phone: install the free DenAdvisor app, sign in with the email you were invited with, and tap the Counter card on Home.
  2. Add a punch: tap Scan card or coupon, scan the card in the customer’s app and tap Add punch.
  3. Check a coupon: scan it, or tap Check a code and type it, then tap Confirm Redeem. Key the POS code it shows into your till.
  4. On a computer or tablet: open Counter tools in the sidebar for the same punch and coupon checks.
