Billing and plans: trial, upgrades, cancelling and invoices

Subscribe after your trial, upgrade or downgrade (effective immediately, prorated), switch billing interval, update your card, download invoices and cancel.

Find billing

  • Click your name in the top-right corner and choose Billing & Plan. Only the Owner and Admins can see it.
  • The page shows your current plan, usage and status, a Choose Your Plan section and your 📄 Invoice History.

Free trial

  • The trial lasts 14 days and needs no credit card. The sidebar shows how many trial days are left.
  • To keep going, click 💳 Subscribe Now (Add Card), or 💳 Subscribe & Add Card on the plan you want, and enter your card.
  • If the trial ends without a subscription, the billing page shows Trial Expired; subscribe there to keep using DenAdvisor.

Upgrade, downgrade or switch billing interval

  • Use the Monthly / Annual toggle to see prices (annual billing is discounted).
  • ⚡ Upgrade to [plan] changes your plan straight away; Stripe prorates the difference.
  • Downgrade to [plan] opens a summary of features you’ll lose and any limit conflicts. The downgrade takes effect immediately, and a prorated credit for the unused part of your current plan is applied to future invoices. Nothing is deleted, but you’ll need to get under the new limits before adding more.
  • 🔄 Switch to Annual or 🔄 Switch to Monthly Billing changes how often you are billed.
  • Need more than Pro? Use Contact Sales for Enterprise.

Card, billing details and invoices

  • 💳 Update Payment Method replaces your card. If a payment fails you will see Payment Failed — update your card there.
  • Manage Billing → opens Stripe’s secure billing portal for billing details. Plan changes and cancellation are done on the DenAdvisor billing page.
  • 📄 Invoice History lists each invoice’s date, plan, amount and status, with a PDF download.
  • Stripe processes all card payments; DenAdvisor never stores card numbers.

Cancel or reactivate

  1. Click Cancel Subscription.
  2. Your subscription is cancelled at the end of your current billing period — access continues until that date. After that, dashboard features are locked and customer loyalty, rewards and deals are frozen. Your data is kept, so you can re-subscribe later.
  3. To erase everything instead, tick Also delete all business data. This permanently removes reviews, customers, loyalty cards, coupons and team data when the subscription ends, and cannot be undone. Type the plan name shown to confirm.
  4. Click Confirm Cancel (or Cancel & Delete Data).
  5. Changed your mind before the period ends? Click Reactivate Subscription.
